The pilgrimage of Syunik regional center for organizing youth activities together with “Syunik youth centre” NGO and the alumni of Sunday school under St. M.Mashtots church in Kapan is the part of the program which has launched on June 1. 
The chess tournament devoted to the day of metallurgist was held at Syunik regional center for organizing youth activities on July 16 and 17. Syunik regional center for organizing youth activities and 'Dino Gold Mining' Company CJSC organized the event. 20 participants were the representatives of different age groups. 
July 5 is the Constitution Day. On July 5, 1995 the first Constitution of Armenia was adopted at a national referendum.
On June 25 at Syunik regional COYA the program “Spiritual-moral education” was launched. The program is being implemented in partnership with “Syunik Youth Centre” NGO and Sunday school under the St. M. Mashtots church of Kapan. 
The staff of Syunik regional center for organizing youth activities as the rest 9 regional COYAs participated in the training on “Community need assessment and Strategic Planning” on June 13-15 in Lori. For sharing gained knowledge with the volunteers Syunik regional COYA organized the training on “Community need and SWOT analysis” on June 23-24. The aim of the training was to involve the active volunteers in the process of SWOT analysis (strong, weakness, opportunities, threats).News

In the scope of World Youth Conference (WYC) the interstate conference kicked off on August 25 at Leon, Mexico. Arsen Kharamyan, the Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs and R.Markosyan, Secretary of the national youth policy board under the RA Prime Minister present the Republic of Armenia at the conference.
