Quiz in Lori
On July 9 at Lori regional center for organizing youth activities was held the quiz on the Constitution Day. The teams of Vanadzor State Pedagogical University, “Mkhitar Gosh” Armenian-Russian University, HHK youth organization of Lori, “Jahakir” team of “Nikol Aghbalyan” student union, Church youth union and the team of Lori regional COYA were participating.

SWOT analysis
On June 23-24 at Lori regional center for organizing youth activities in partnership with OSCE Yerevan office and the “Center for Organizing Youth Activities” state non-profit organization was held the two-day training which presented the participants the details of SWOT analysis. The active volunteers of the center, the representatives of NGOs in Lori and local governmental bodies were participating in the training.

From June 8 to June 9 at Lori regional center for organizing youth activities was held program on “Volunteerism: Theory and Practice”.                                                                                                             
The Institute of volunteerism is still in forming stage in RA. Such programs should  support to its establishment.

On May 7 in Lori regional center for organizing youth activities was organized discussion on “Parallels between the issues of Artsakh and Javakh’’. Gevorg Chatinyan, the lecturer of the chair of history of Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute, Artsrun Pepanyan, the political commentator, Vahe Sargsyan, the head of “Mitq’’ analytical center were invited.

Groups forming, the development of working plan
For organizing works of Lori regional center for organizing youth activities in more productive way some volunteers of the center involved in  “Clubs”, ”Cooperation with NGOs and international structures”, “PR and journalism” groups. Executives and coordinators were chosen. Artyom Nahapetyan, the leading specialist of Lori regional COYA is the executive of “Clubs”, the coordinator is Lida Gasparyan.

In the scope of World Youth Conference (WYC) the interstate conference kicked off on August 25 at Leon, Mexico. Arsen Kharamyan, the Deputy Minister  of Sport and Youth Affairs and R.Markosyan, Secretary of the national youth policy board under the RA Prime Minister  present the  Republic of Armenia at the conference. “High Fest” International Performing Arts Festival this year will take place on October 1-8.  About 50 authoritative theatre companies from 35 countries will participate in the festival.

RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the opening of “Baze” youth assembly organized by Armenian Youth Foundation on August 23, Tsakhkadzor. About 300 young people of 18-30 years old from Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhq are participating in the event.
