On November 16 in the house of culture of Yeghegnadzor the literary-musical event organized by Vayots Dzor center for organizing youth activities was held. The topic of the event was love, one of the most beautiful and generous feelings of humanity.
The event was dedicated to the anniversaries of three famous Armenian people. This year Armenian are celebrating 140th anniversary of Komitas, 85th of Paruyr Sevak and 95th of Hamo Sahyan. During the evening the audience was given an opportunity to enjoy the masterpieces of these three great people. The works were represented by five talented young people. At the event were present Vardges Matevosyan, the Head of Governance of Vayots Dzor region, Samvel Sargsyan, Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and other honorary guests. This event serves as a good fact of the wide scale of cooperation of the COYA of Vayots Dzor with different organizations and institutions boundaries of which are not limited within Yeghegnadzor or Vayots Dzor region. The literary-musical evening was realized both by the efforts the COYA of Vayots Dzor and Hakob Fagchyan, the student of the Yerevan State Theatrical Institute. Hakob also took part in the event dedicated to the Youth Center’s 5th anniversary. Hakob had many personal performances in Armenia, Iran and Syria. During the evening Hakob Fagchyan, Hayk Amirkhanyan, Liana Avetisyan and Alla Buniatyan, the students of the Yerevan State Theatrical Institute presented the works of Paruyr Sevak and Hamo Sahyan. The unforgettable music of Komitas was presented by Magda Mkrtchyan, who was a lecturer at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas. Magda is also the soloist of the National opera and ballet of Yerevan after Spendiaryan, she won a number of gold medals and grand prizes as well. The event was sponsored by Samvel Sargsyan, Member of the National Assembly of the RA. Sirekan Babayan, the Head of the Yeghegnadzor Municipality, took also part in the organizational works of the event.
