Youth against trafficking
On the 2nd and 3rd of October the “Youth against trafficking” project was held in the Vayots Dzor regional youth center. The aim of the project was to raise awareness of youth on human trade, human trafficking. By means of the seminar participants got information about “trafficking” phenomenon, about the ways of avoiding this terrible phenomenon.
The participants of the training were the youth from 10 communities (Agarakadzor, Getap, Aghavnadzor, Yelpin, Chiva, Arpi, Areni, Artabuynk, Malishak and Khachik). 
The training lasted two days. Trainers provided information about trafficking, have shown social video clips, organized practical work strengthening theoretical knowledge. The participants have had a meeting with specialist of this field, received booklets and appropriate literature.

RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the opening of “Baze” youth assembly organized by Armenian Youth Foundation on August 23, Tsakhkadzor. About 300 young people of 18-30 years old from Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhq are participating in the event.
